1.Strategic Practice Manager – Honiton Surgery - deadline for applications is 5pm on 20th October, 2017

£45,000 - £50,000 pro rata (including bonus)

Full time position

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Honiton Surgery for a Strategic Practice Manager to lead the practice on behalf of the partners. Honiton surgery is a thriving general practice set in picturesque East Devon with a patient list of 17,000.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, forward-thinking strategic level manager with experience in senior management roles within complex organisations. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth day to day running of all parts of the organisation as well as maintaining direct ownership of practice organisation and processes; staff leadership, development and training; HR, finances, QOF and enhanced service, IT, governance and CQC compliance. Previous health care management experience is not necessary.

2. Medical Receptionist/Co-ordinator - Honiton Surgery - deadline for applications is 5pm on Weds 25th October 2017

Pay scale £7.90 - £8.48 per hour, 14.5 hours per week, 4 weeks annual holiday plus bank holidays. The specific hours of work are Tuesday 2 - 7pm, Thurs 1:30 - 7pm and Fri 08:30 - 12:30pm.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, responsible and reliable person who has good communication, keyboard and team skills. Must have office experience or appropriate training. Would be working in a busy surgery environment using computerised records and appointment systems. Ability to work under pressure. Full training will be given.

3. Vacancy for a General Practice Assistant Practitioner – Honiton Surgery – deadline for applications is 5pm on 20 October 2017

Pay Agenda for Change band 4 (£9.95 - £11.23 per hour) dependent of experience.

25 hours a week with 4 weeks holiday per year pro rata plus bank holidays.

The role will cover a wide variety of clinical tasks to support the trained Nurses with their patient workload.

The successful candidate(s) will have NVQ level 3 or 4 in Health and social care or equivalent. A passion for the benefits of community based healthcare and the ability to undertake clinical observations. They will be working as part of a busy, friendly team and have the ability to self- motivate, organize and prioritise their work load.
