If you are a patient aged 16 years or over you can order repeat prescriptions by using our online services. Once registered for the online services you can use this facility to book routine appointments and access your medical record as well as order repeat prescriptions.
Patients under the age of 11 years registering for online services please ensure you bring a copy of child’s Birth Certifcate in with you, or please call the surgery for more information.
Patients 11-16 year old – please call the surgery for more information.
16+ years old – all children should have sole access to their data.
If you haven't registered yet click here for more information. You can download the form to complete here and you will then need to bring this in to our reception desk to sign up for the service. You will need to do this yourself in person and bring with you some form of ID such as photo driving licence or passport.
We kindly ask patients to come in into the surgery to re set password if needed.

When requesting prescriptions please allow 3 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
