We offer a comprehensive foreign travel advice service, to include the full range of necessary vaccinations (including Yellow Fever). This is not covered by the NHS and as such incurs a charge. A copy of our fees can be found by clicking on the link to the travel questionnaire on page 2.

Please print out and complete a questionnaire for each member of your party. Attach a copy of the tariff to each and hand them in when you make your appointment.

Travel Questionnaire

Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks prior to your date of travel. If your date of travel is less than 6-8 weeks, we may not be able to offer you a suitable appointment.

Travel advice may also be obtained by going to Masta Travel  or Fit ForTravel  a public access website provided by the NHS (Scotland). It gives travel health information for people travelling abroad from the UK.

General travel advice is also available from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
