The team is led by Lead Practice Nurse Sally Dawes together with Anne Hitchens, Margaret Pinnuck, Nicky Groves, Anne Pammenter, Beck Wigram, Gill Faircloth, Gill Keep and Wendy McDermott they are available for consultation by appointment. Their expertise covers a variety of specialities including Asthma, Diabetes, COPD, Lifestyle, Travel Vaccinations, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Well Woman, Family Planning, INR Monitoring (Warfarin tests) & Child Immunisation Clinics.
Our nurses also provide a Treatment Room service that includes ear syringing (where appropriate), blood testing, injections, vaccinations and dealing with minor trauma and dressings.
They will advise on immunisation and the prevention of ill health and can be contacted on 01404 548544. You may leave a message with the receptionist and someone will return your call.
To assist our Practice Nurse team we have our Health Care Assistants, Becky Hill, Gladys Start, Susan Chesterfield, Jayne Palmer, Jill Barton, Charlotte Nally, Sue Blake, Sally Cullimore, Vicky Flowers, Rhonda Parkinson and Ally Ainsley. They are available for Phlebotomy (blood tests), New Patient health checks, ECGs (heart tracing) and Blood Pressure measurements.
