PCN Clinical Director

Charles is also a GP at Honiton Surgery. He provides strategic and clinical leadership amongst our teams. His PCN working day is every Wednesday. |

HOSMS PCN Deputy Manager is Charlotte Nally |
|
Charlotte is also the Deputy Manager at Honiton Surgery. She works helping to advance our PCN through leading, managing and coordinating all our teams within the PCN. Charlotte is based at Honiton Surgery. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am – 5:30pm and Tuesday 8am – 1pm. |

Emma Vigurs is the Operations Manager at Sid Valley Practice |

Emma is responsible for leading and managing the practice and implementing any changes agreed as a PCN. Tuesday, Friday 8am – 6pm and Wednesday, Thursday 8am – 5:30pm. |
PCN Pharmacy Team
|
Pharmacy Technicians can provide support with; medication compliance issues, Care Home ordering, complex medication requests, formulary medication, finding cost-effective medications, covert administration, liquid medication/ swallowing difficulties, pharmacy out of stocks/alternative medication queries and provide support with the implementation of national prescribing policies and guidance. Clinical pharmacists complete structured medication reviews as well as providing support with complex medication titrations, medication interactions, medication side effects and pharmacokinetics of medications. |

Zoe works across all 3 practices. Zoe is based at Honiton Surgery on Monday and Thursdays, Coleridge Medical Centre on Tuesdays and Sid Valley Practice on Wednesdays and Fridays 9am - 5pm |

Rachael Stewart is the Senior Pharmacy Technician for Honiton Surgery |

Rachael is based at Honiton Surgery on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and alternate Fridays at Coleridge Medical Centre or Honiton Surgery. She works form home on Mondays. 8:30am – 4:30pm. |
PCN MSK Team
|
The MSK specialists are first contact practitioners, they therefore predominantly see patients booked in directly by the surgery staff and GP’s at each practice. All team members are specialist Physiotherapists working at an advanced level and some are also experienced in injection therapy. |
