Texts regarding sending in blood pressure readings are being sent out to patients who are 45yrs or over and have not had a blood pressure reading recorded on their record in the last 5 years. Anyone who receives this text and does not have a home blood pressure monitor need not respond. We will have new facilities later this year for patients to use to take height / weight and blood pressure for anyone who can't do this at home. We will send more communications out when these facilities are available with advice on how to access them.
