Texts regarding sending in blood pressure readings are being sent out to patients who are 45yrs or over and have not had a blood pressure reading recorded on their record in the last 5 years. Anyone who receives this text and does not have a home blood pressure monitor need not respond. We will have new facilities later this year for patients to use to take height / weight and blood pressure for anyone who can't do this at home. We will send more communications out when these facilities are available with advice on how to access them.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms please DO NOT ATTEND the surgery or other healthcare settings.
If you require an appointment please contact the surgery by phone so that we can make appropriate arrangements to see you in a safe way.
