If you have been asked to record your Blood Pressure readings at home, plase complete and return this Home blood pressure diary or we can send you a link via SMS/Email to complete. 

Cervical Screening

Cervical screening is carried out according to national guidelines. It is usually undertaken by the practice nurses. You will receive a written invitation from national screening office to have this test and you will be informed in writing of your result.

Family Planning and Women’s Health

Emergency contraception is available at Pharmacies and most Walk in Centres.

We offer many forms of reversible contraception including pills and implants. We also provide advice on other aspects of women’s health, the menopause and pre-conception advice.

Smoking Cessation

We recognise that smoking is one of the biggest risk factors to health. If you want help to quit, you can contact the smoking cessation clinic on the following number 0845 111 1142 or by contacting any of the local pharmacists.
