We have vacancies for the following:

2 part time Medical Receptionists.

The first is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave of 33.5 hours until end September 2019

The second is a permanent part time role of 32.5hours.

We offer 5 weeks leave plus bank holidays pro-rata.

We are an organisation that now operates between 8am and 8pm and some weekends. You will be expected to cover some week day evenings between 6.30 and 8.00pm and some weekend cover from 8am to 3pm.

We are looking for someone who has some receptionist experience that works directly with the public and able to do various administration tasks. You need to computer literate and having worked in a GP practice is an advantage.

Your role will be to receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide assistance to the Doctors, Practice Manager, Finance Manager and other practice staff in the pursuit of their duties. This includes making and receiving telephone calls, basic admin and completing any other relevant tasks set in the patient data base.
