Below are some of the services not covered by the NHS for which private charges are made and are therefore payable by a patient or insurance company.

• Holiday Cancellation Certificate/Form
• Insurance Claim Form for Illness
• Initial gun licience
• Paternity testing
• Sports medicals
• Insurance Companies’ Report
• Ofsted Childminding Form
• Private Sickness Certificate/Letter
• Taxi Driver/Racing/Diving/Elderly Driver Medical for DVLA (information regarding HGV/PSV appointments)
• Access to records under the Data Protection Act

Some travel vaccinations are free of charge under the NHS. Some are not and are charged privately. Please ask reception for further information. Also look at our travel page.
